Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

• During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, launches), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.

• Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery windows:

• Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (US): 2–4 business days

• International Shipping: 7–21+ business days (varies by country)

Moon Glow Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

❗ Wrong Address or Missing Information

​

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

• Moon Glow Beauty is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer.

📫 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want you to receive your order safely, but once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund items.
For lost or stolen packages:

1. Contact your local post office or carrier.

2. Check with neighbors or your leasing office.

3. Email us for assistance — we will do our best to help guide you.

Damaged item? Email us within 48 hours with photos of the product + packaging so we can help make it right.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs fees

• Import taxes

• Any duties required by their country

Because we begin processing orders quickly, cancellations or changes may not always be possible.
