Refund Policy

🛑 No Refunds

Moon Glow Beauty does not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

We encourage customers to review product descriptions, ingredients, and shades carefully before placing an order.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, we are happy to help.

To request a replacement:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@moonglowbeauty.co

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the outer packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not issue refunds for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
For lost or stolen packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed for stolen/lost items.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
